Grapevine Wine Tour Limo & Winery Transportation

A Grapevine wine tour limo exists for an obvious reason: you cannot taste at four stops and then drive home. Grapevine has built itself into one of the most walkable wine destinations in Texas — but the vineyards on the outskirts are not walkable at all.

How a Tour Runs

Most tours start on Historic Main Street, where several tasting rooms sit within a few blocks, then move out to the vineyard properties. A standard tour runs four to six hours. We hold the vehicle at every stop rather than dropping and returning, so you are never on the kerb wondering where the ride went.

Group Size Decides the Vehicle

  • 2–6 people — sedan or SUV. The cheapest way to do it properly.
  • 7–14 people — Mercedes Sprinter. The sweet spot for birthdays and bachelorette groups.
  • 15+ — party bus or mini bus, usually corporate outings and milestone celebrations.

We do not sell tasting packages and we take no commission from any winery, so the itinerary is genuinely yours. Tell us the stops, or ask the chauffeur — most have run the route enough times to have an opinion about the order.

Gaylord Texan Shuttle Service

Separate from wine tours, the Gaylord Texan generates steady conference and event work: arrival transfers from DFW, shuttle loops during multi-day events, and group transport during the seasonal ICE! attraction, which turns Grapevine genuinely busy through the Christmas season. Great Wolf Lodge and Grapevine Mills round out the resort corridor.

Arriving and Touring the Same Day

Grapevine sits right beside DFW, which makes a collect-and-tour day very workable. Land, drop bags at the hotel, start the tour. See our airport transfer page for that leg.

For Grapevine wine tour transportation with a designated chauffeur for the whole day, send us the date and group size.

Why People Book Twice

Three Things That Actually Matter

None of them are about leather seats.

The chauffeur is early

On airport work we build in a buffer and wait outside your house rather than cutting it fine. You are never charged for that wait.

Flight tracking is automatic

A two-hour delay moves your pickup on our side. You do not call us, and you do not land to an empty kerb.

Questions

Common Questions

How many wineries can we fit in one tour?

Three to four is realistic in a five-hour booking. Five is possible but rushed, and by then the last stop stops being enjoyable.

Do you charge waiting time at each winery?

No. Hourly booking means the vehicle is yours for the block you reserved, parked or moving.

Can you collect us from DFW and start the tour straight away?

Yes. Grapevine is minutes from the airport, which makes an arrive-and-tour day one of the easiest itineraries we run.

Do you book the tastings for us?

No, and that is deliberate — we take no commission from any winery, so the itinerary stays yours. Most tasting rooms take walk-ins; larger groups should reserve directly.

What is the minimum booking for a wine tour?

Four hours. Anything shorter does not fit enough stops to be worth the vehicle.
